Foot Reflexology

We use our feet more than any other part of our body, yet they hardly ever receive any attention. Given that we have over 7,000 nerve endings in each foot, it is inevitable that some of these pathways linking reflex points to the rest of our body become blocked over time, causing a feeling of tension and sluggishness. By working on certain zones across your feet and lower legs, I can stimulate relief in these areas and bring a sense of balance to your mind and body. 

Hand Reflexology

If areas of your feet are inaccessible for any reason, I can also provide hand reflexology as a supplementary treatment, which can be just as effective as foot reflexology. I will also give you some techniques that can be practiced after the session to make sure you get the most out of the treatment.

Young People

I have delivered reflexology for a number of young people from age six upwards. Young people are particularly responsive to the touch of reflexology treatment, and I am always delighted to see how even one or two treatments can make a notable difference to how they feel. Whether they are struggling with digestion, sleep, or struggle with anxiety, I can tailor treatment to the needs of each child. Please note that under 16s will need to be accompanied by a consenting parent/guardian.
