Reflexology is a natural holistic treatment that involves me applying gentle pressure to reflex points on your feet, which link to your wider nervous system.
Manipulating these zones allows me to release blocked tension in your body and trigger its own natural healing process, which means more energy flows around your body. You end the session feeling rested, revitalised, and lighter on your feet.

Initial Consultation
If you haven’t received reflexology before, you might be unsure about how the process works. We will start by having a brief chat on the phone or on email, giving you the chance to discuss what kind of reflexology treatment you need. We will then run through a health questionnaire, either over the phone or in person before our first session, which covers your medical history, any current concerns, wider lifestyle, and allows me to adapt treatment to your needs. The first treatment is exploratory, with me working to bring balance to your whole body and detecting any areas of blocked tension.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes and cost £40 per treatment, including set-up time. Initial sessions usually last around 75 minutes to allow for the added time of your consultation and questionnaire. Clients are requested to give at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation. If you have any questions, or would like to book a consultation, please get in touch.

I understand that not everyone has the time or ability to travel to a reflexology practice, which is why I bring my reflexology treatment to you! My service is available to clients within a 5-mile radius of Staines-upon-Thames, which includes areas such as Ashford, Egham, Laleham and Shepperton. This is something you could do during your lunch break, or perhaps after work as a way of unwinding following a long day. All you have to do is open your door and relax. I will bring all the equipment needed, including a specialist chair that allows you to truly unwind.
No. Reflexology shouldn’t be painful. There might be some feelings of discomfort as I unblock the tension in your feet, but it won’t last for long. I am always careful to make sure you feel comfortable at all times.
The number of treatments you need varies between each person. I generally recommend a course of four to eight treatments, as this allows us to properly personalise treatment to your needs. However, it could be that you just need a session here and there as a ‘reset’. Some people come once a month to ensure they maintain good physical and mental health.
After our initial consultation, I will ask you to remove your shoes and socks, and your feet will be sanitised. You don’t have to remove any other articles of clothing. I will give a quick explanation of the treatment ahead of getting started, gently applying pressure to the reflex points on your feet. Once we are done, I will give you some time to relax, breathe, and slowly get ready to exit the session.
Reflexology is not suitable for clients with thrombosis, phlebitis, gangrene, unstable heart conditions, or any contagious disease/virus. If you have any of these issues, please consult with your doctor before coming to reflexology.
Wonderful! Clients have said to me that they feel lighter, more peaceful, after reflexology treatment, with energy flowing freely around their body again. It could be that you feel slightly sleepy. Some people have a mild headache or need to use the toilet more frequently, which is nothing to worry about – it’s a sign that the treatment is actively working, with toxins being expelled from your body.
Please contact me for availability outside of these times.
Regular hours vary during school holidays.
